Richard is licensed in and has defended a wide range of civil suits in both state and federal courts in Ohio and Michigan. In his professional career, he has been involved in representing and successfully defending hundreds of clients in various matters including trucking and transportation litigation, medical/dental malpractice, products liability, professional liability, extended care negligence, premises liability, commercial, construction and general insurance matters. He has tried over thirty high profile cases and has successfully represented numerous cases with potential for very high exposure. Richard Cuneo has served as a judicial liaison to the Courts and has also been a featured speaker at seminars on legal issues.
